Provenance:
The codex was kept at Remigius Abbey in Reims during the
13th century: Liber Sancti Remigi
Remensis vol. VIIXX et II (foll. 1r and 32v). Later it came into
possession of the French king. On Nov. 25th 1810 Joseph Barrois
purchased the codex for 150 Francs (Barrois nr. 201), and subsequently
it came into the collection of Lord Ashburnham in 1849. Since 1885 it
has been housed at the Bibliothèque nationale.
