9th century (Hänel, Mommsen, Bischoff HA, Meyer); 2nd quarter of the 9th century, Burgundy (Liebs); ca. middle of the 9th century (codex 1) and 2nd quarter of the 9th century (codex 2), Burgundy (near Lyon [Bischoff]) (Mordek); 9th or 10th century (von Salis); 2nd quarter of the 9th century (Eckhardt 1962 following Bischoff); Foll. 3-37: ca. 2nd quarter or middle of the 9th century, presumably from Burgundy, Foll. 38-160: ca. 2nd quarter of 9th century, South (?), [(probably Burgundy) (near) Lyon ?] (Bischoff)

Provenance:
According to a note by Baluze the codex was used by Jean du Tillet around the year 1550. Sold to Claude Expilly (Grenoble) in 1609 by the heirs of Jean Antoine Lescure. (Eckhardt 1962)
