1st half of the 12th century, presumably Liège diocese (Mordek)

Provenance:
At first in the Jesuit college of Louvain, then in possession of the collectors Jean-Baptiste-Joseph Barrois and Lord Bertram, Earl of Ashburnham. In 1901 the Royal Library in Berlin acquired the codex.
