N.B.: The codex suffered several losses and damages over the time. In the later 12th century the text up to 1,12,10 got lost. Beside the major part of book 4 smaller parts of the text are lost. Additionally the manuscript got damaged at the fire at the Biblioteca Nazionale Universitaria in 1904.
